Typical business hours: Monday through Tuesday, Thursday through Friday, 10:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm.
Our lobby and phoneline will be closed from 1:00–2:00pm daily for our lunch period. Our office will also be closed to the public on Wednesdays for processing. Our staff will still be working and able to respond to time-sensitive messages, but our lobby will be closed and other messages will be responded to within our standard response times. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
服务信息: SFS strongly encourages questions to be sent via email to sfs-info@joyerianicaragua.com or by a phone call to 206-281-2061. Our phone lines will remain on during typical business hours and we will be actively responding to emails.
支付 can be made online or through the drop box located outside of SFS (in the stairwell facing Bertona Street) or by delivery to a front line worker in the SFS lobby. SFS prefers online or paper checks for payment.
You may submit documents or forms via mail, 传真, or email; please use our form-specific email address, sfs-forms@joyerianicaragua.com, if you are submitting a form via email. If you are sending documents with personalized information such as Social 安全 Numbers, please note that mail and 传真 are the safest and preferred options.
注意: To prevent unauthorized access to confidential information, callers who want to discuss a specific student’s account or financial aid will be asked to answer a security question established by the student.
